Due to the variety of state liquor laws, Winosaurs are able to be sold without a liquor license in the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming
